Our Services
Specialist Disability Accommodation
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) is a type of NDIS housing designed for people who require specialist housing solutions.
Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators will assist you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and provide you with the best available supports to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with and/or supervising of daily tasks in a shared living environment, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as independently as possible.
Daily Living Support
You or your loved ones can also benefit from caregivers’ hands-on service if you are a participant of NDIS. As trained and experienced caregivers, they can assist you with personal needs and meeting hygienic needs including urinary and bowel care.
Community Nursing Care
Assistance with daily living is a category of support that might include help with personal activities, household tasks, supported independent living or assistance in a shared living arrangement.
Community Participation
We understand that connection to community is so important in living your life to the full. We support you to participate in activities outside of your home so that you can pursue your particular interests and goals .
