Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.

NDIS Code of Conduct

The purpose of the NDIS Code of Conduct is to ensure all participants health, safety and well-being are adhered to, thus allowing Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd to provide quality care to all who require their service.

Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd will enforce the necessary measures and strategies to ensure the Codes of Conduct are thoroughly implemented within the procedures of Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd. All workers of Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd are expected to follow and adhere to these procedures, thus achieving the best possible quality of care for their participants.

Below outlines the specific requirements outlined in the NDIS Code of Conduct that Western Home Care Services Pvt Ltd will implement within their procedures and practices

Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self- determination and decision-making following applicable laws and conventions.

Our Western Home Care Services Respect the privacy of people with disability. Act with integrity, honesty and transparency.

Western Home Care Services Private Ltd team Provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill.

Promptly take steps to raise, act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality, safety of supports and services provided to people with disability.

Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against, and exploitation, neglect and abuse of, people with disability.

Our Western Home Care Services Private Ltd team Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

Compliance Requirements

To fully comply with the requirements, Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd will ensure to implement these measures within their service to ensure all participants are receiving the standard quality care they deserve.

Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd and its workers will be required to :

  • Respect the privacy and dignity of all participants.
  • Ensure all participants have the opportunity to engage in decision-making regarding their goals and the planning and delivery of supports.
  • Ensure all participants are supported when engaging in decision-making concerning their goals and the planning and delivery of supports.
  • Encourage and support social and economic participation and independence.

By doing so, Western Home Care Services Pty Ltd and its workers are able to adhere to the requirements of compliance, thus preventing an occurrence of a breach.
