Community Nursing Care

Assistance with daily living is a category of support that might include help with personal activities, household tasks, supported independent living or assistance in a shared living arrangement.

Our team will get to know your daily routines, in-home support requirements and preferences and match you with careers you can relate to and rely on in your daily life. Your NDIS careers are on hand to help you with everyday activities whilst helping to build your skills of daily living.

Activities might include:

  • Showering, grooming and toileting.
  • Helping you to dress.
  • Eating and drinking.
  • Attending appointments.
  • Help with mobility, both at home and in the community.

If you need specialist nursing care relating to your disability, our registered nurses will come to your home to provide training to you, your career, or our care staff to ensure that you have the skills and support you need to live independently at home. If you require nursing that is not related to your disability, please contact us to discuss your needs.
